【航海日誌】
夏に行われる予定の大型アップデートで、Faction同士の戦争にプレイヤーが参加できる、という話がある。
で、同時に新Region(Black Rise)が追加されるので、てっきりそのRegionの中だけの話だと思っていた。しかし

うーん、これはちょっと楽しそうだ。しかし、PvPを増やして経済を活性化させたいのは分かるが、Corpに入る意義が薄れてしまうような気もする。
まあ、まだ議論段階なので詳細はこれから変わっていくんだろうと思う。おもしろくなるといいね。

って、updateって6/10なのね。もうすぐじゃん!

2. .As CCP Greyscale says here. It's [Factional Warfare] mainly taking place in existing low sec spaceということなので、現在のLow secでもこの戦争が行われるらしい。ということは、今までLowで生活してた人にも影響があるかもしれない。LowでGC張ってたら、戦争のためのでかいfleetが通ってGC突破されるとかね。

■ 3. どうやってLabの使用料を設定するの?
Labをanchorしたら、右クリックして、名前を設定してください。名前は必ずしも必要ではないですが、いくつものLabを管理するのに便利です。それから、「Science & Industry」画面の「Installations」タブに行って、Labを一つ選んでください(さっき設定した名前が並んでいるはずです)。Shiftを押しながらクリックするあるタイプの全てのスロットが選択できます(訳注:Advanceと普通のとかかな)。例: http://go-dl1.eve-files.com/media/corp/KzIg/lab_setup.JPG

■ 4. どうやってAlliance MemberはLabを使えばいいの?
AllianceメンバーはPOSと同じSystemに支店を借りて、そのCorp HangerにBPOを置く必要があります。そうすれば彼らは遠隔から研究を始めることができます。その時、AllianceメンバーはME研究かPE研究で、かつ、別の材料が必要ない研究だけができます。この制限は、安全のためです。Allianceの他の会社がBPOを盗むかもしれないし、POSの管理者は、どんなBPOが研究されてるか分からないからです(?:can'teven see what blueprints are being researched.)
■ 5. どうやって同じ会社のメンバーがLabを使えるようにするの?

- もしBPOや材料を取られたくなければ研究要求(Query)を認めるだけで十分で
この設定で、みんな遠隔からME/PE研究やCopyができます。Copyはjobを配達(Deliver)したあと、POSのLab内にできます。だからPOSへのアクセスができる誰かはそのCopyを手に入れることができます。遠隔で発明もできます。でもそれはPOSの管理人の余計な仕事を増やすことになります。詳しくは質問10を参照してください。
copyや発明を受け取る、あるいは研究材料を置くためにはstarbase(POS)へのアクセス権限が必要です。設定すべき正しい権限は、POS管理画面の"Access"タブ(コントロールタワーを右クリック -> Manage -> Structures -> Access )で設
定した権限です。また、研究する人は研究に必要な部門Hangarから取り出す権限も必要です。
もしも、何人かの研究者だけがLabにアクセスし、他の人には触らせないようにしたいのであれば、一つの方法は'Caretaker'権限を設定し、研究者に'Fuel Technician'権限を与え、コントロールタワーのPOS燃料へのアクセス設定だけを行います(??: to set the access requirement to 'Caretaker' and give your researchers the 'Fuel Technician' role, then only allow config managers to refuel the POS.)。もしも'Starbase researcher'という権限があればいいのだけれども、今はないので頭を使う必要があります。
■ 6. 研究の料金はどうやって集められるの?
研究を始める人はCorp walletへの権限を持つ必要があります。一度使用する部門を設定したら(??: Once they've selected that division as their active corp wallet division, )、(研究の見積りにOKしてから)料金はその部門から差し引かれ、POSを持っている会社のMaster walletに即座に入金されます。どの部門に入金するかを変える設定は無いようです。従って、会社のMasterwalletで研究しようとするちょっとまずいです。ただ、税金や使用料を払わないでいいのならその限りではないですが。(??: This looks a bit silly if you're doing jobs from the master wallet of the corp that owns the POS, but at least you don't pay taxes or broker fees on it.)■ 7. Advanced Mobile Laboratoryってどんなの?
- 3 copy slots (かかる時間の倍率 0.65 )
- 2 ME slots (0.75)

■ 8. もしも支店のレンタル料を払い忘れたら途中の研究はどうなるの?
もしもすぐに借りなおしたとしても、BPOは存在しないhangar(「ブラックホール」)に消え、BPOを取り戻すにはpetitionする必要があります。もしもこんなことがが起きたら、GMが作業しやすいようにdeliverやcancelをする時にメモを取っておきなさい。この種類の問題の解決には長い時間が掛かる時が多いです。■ 9. 研究が途中のときに会社をやめたらどうなるの?
他の会社のメンバーがdeliverやcancelをするまで継続されます。支店がある限り特に悪いことは起きません。■ 10. 遠隔から発明をすることができる?
ふう。できます。でも、以下の二つが必要です。- 必要な全ての材料がLabの一つのhangerタブに置かれていること
- 発明の材料のBPCがPOSと同じSystemのステーションかOutpostにあること
この方法で発明を始めると、エラーメッセージがでます。それでもちゃんと動きます。もしも同じ種類のBPCでもう一つ発明をしようとした場合は止まってしまいます。その場合、追加したBPCはなくなってしまいます。

- 4. BPOをlockし、指定した人に好きな部門へのアクセス権限を与えます。lockしたBPOは、そのHangerから取り出すことも、他の人に渡すこともできません。lock したBPOは、株主がunlockするように投票し過半数を得るかあるいはCEOが支店を借りるのを止めるまで解除できません。だいたいにおいて、これが一番の選択です。
