航海日誌
夏に行われる予定の大型アップデートで、Faction同士の戦争にプレイヤーが参加できる、という話がある。

で、同時に新Region(Black Rise)が追加されるので、てっきりそのRegionの中だけの話だと思っていた。しかし

ということなので、現在のLow secでもこの戦争が行われるらしい。ということは、今までLowで生活してた人にも影響があるかもしれない。LowでGC張ってたら、戦争のためのでかいfleetが通ってGC突破されるとかね。

うーん、これはちょっと楽しそうだ。しかし、PvPを増やして経済を活性化させたいのは分かるが、Corpに入る意義が薄れてしまうような気もする。

まあ、まだ議論段階なので詳細はこれから変わっていくんだろうと思う。おもしろくなるといいね。

ほぼ毎日誰かがフォーラムにMobile Labについて書き込んでいる。そこで、私は共通の質問に関してこのスレッドで答えようと思う。LabはCorpの構造物とPOS管理に密接に結びついており、これらはEveの中でもっとも複雑で曖昧な部分の一つである。だから、多くの人が混乱するのも無理はない。

1. どうやってPOSの中にBPOを置かずに研究するの?

BPOをPOSと同じSystemにあるOutpostかNPCステーションのCorpハンガーに置きます。遠隔から操作するにはScientific Networking Iのスキルが必要です。研究になにかが必要な場合は、Mobile Labの中の適切なCorp Hanger部分に入れておく必要があります。

2. BPOが遠くにあっても研究することができる?

できます。やり方は1の質問と同じです。数jump離れた場所から研究を始めるにはScientific Networkingスキルのレベルが必要です。レベル5では同じregion内ならどこからでも研究を開始できます。

ただ、BPOとPOSが別々のSystemにある場合はこのスキルでもできません。(?:This skill does not allow you to start jobs when you have your BPOs in one system and a POS in another system. )

3. どうやってLabの使用料を設定するの?

Labをanchorしたら、右クリックして、名前を設定してください。名前は必ずしも必要ではないですが、いくつものLabを管理するのに便利です。

それから、「Science & Industry」画面の「Installations」タブに行って、Labを一つ選んでください(さっき設定した名前が並んでいるはずです)。Shiftを押しながらクリックするあるタイプの全てのスロットが選択できます(訳注:Advanceと普通のとかかな)。例: http://go-dl1.eve-files.com/media/corp/KzIg/lab_setup.JPG

そうすると、「Manage Assembly lines」ボタンが出てきます。

いくつかの注意があります。
  • Install cost & cost per hour:
    • 研究開始の値段と時間あたりの値段
  • Good standing discount/Bad standing surcharge:
    • あなたの会社からの会社のstanding割引。1%単位(?)。
    • (?? * value entered * 1%)
    • 同じ会社の人は10.0に設定されます。これは変えられません。
  • Standing/security level options
    • もしもあなたが本当に設定したいのであれば設定できます
    • YARRR!!!なLabとか、うぇっなLabとか
    • Allianceの中で使わせたくないcorpがあるとか
    • 'Allow by range'の制限とも併用できます
  • Restriction masks
    • 一番いいのは全部チェックしないこと
注意: 同じ種類のLabに対する設定は、一度に画面を埋める必要があります。もしも違う種類のLabには違う設定(値段とか)をつけたい場合は、別々に設定してください。

4. どうやってAlliance MemberはLabを使えばいいの?

AllianceメンバーはPOSと同じSystemに支店を借りて、そのCorp HangerにBPOを置く必要があります。そうすれば彼らは遠隔から研究を始めることができます。その時、AllianceメンバーはME研究かPE研究で、かつ、別の材料が必要ない研究だけができます。

この制限は、安全のためです。Allianceの他の会社がBPOを盗むかもしれないし、POSの管理者は、どんなBPOが研究されてるか分からないからです(?:can'teven see what blueprints are being researched.)

5. どうやって同じ会社のメンバーがLabを使えるようにするの?

これはすごく混乱するし、お互いに信頼が必要です。あなたがDirectorでない限り、以下のrole/permissionが必要です。
  • Factory Manager
  • Rent research slot
  • (無料でなければ)corp wallet divisionへの権限。TQに確認してください。
  • corp hangarの該当する部門へのアクセス権限
    • もしBPOや材料を取られたくなければ研究要求(Query)を認めるだけで十分で
注意: Factory Managerは同じ会社の他の人が始めた生産/研究をキャンセルできます。信頼できない人にこの権限を与えないこと!

この設定で、みんな遠隔からME/PE研究やCopyができます。Copyはjobを配達(Deliver)したあと、POSのLab内にできます。だからPOSへのアクセスができる誰かはそのCopyを手に入れることができます。遠隔で発明もできます。でもそれはPOSの管理人の余計な仕事を増やすことになります。詳しくは質問10を参照してください。

copyや発明を受け取る、あるいは研究材料を置くためにはstarbase(POS)へのアクセス権限が必要です。設定すべき正しい権限は、POS管理画面の"Access"タブ(コントロールタワーを右クリック -> Manage -> Structures -> Access )で設
定した権限です。また、研究する人は研究に必要な部門Hangarから取り出す権限も必要です。

もしも、何人かの研究者だけがLabにアクセスし、他の人には触らせないようにしたいのであれば、一つの方法は'Caretaker'権限を設定し、研究者に'Fuel Technician'権限を与え、コントロールタワーのPOS燃料へのアクセス設定だけを行います(??: to set the access requirement to 'Caretaker' and give your researchers the 'Fuel Technician' role, then only allow config managers to refuel the POS.)。もしも'Starbase researcher'という権限があればいいのだけれども、今はないので頭を使う必要があります。


6. 研究の料金はどうやって集められるの?

研究を始める人はCorp walletへの権限を持つ必要があります。一度使用する部門を設定したら(??: Once they've selected that division as their active corp wallet division, )、(研究の見積りにOKしてから)料金はその部門から差し引かれ、POSを持っている会社のMaster walletに即座に入金されます。どの部門に入金するかを変える設定は無いようです。従って、会社のMasterwalletで研究しようとするちょっとまずいです。ただ、税金や使用料を払わないでいいのならその限りではないですが。(??: This looks a bit silly if you're doing jobs from the master wallet of the corp that owns the POS, but at least you don't pay taxes or broker fees on it.)

7. Advanced Mobile Laboratoryってどんなの?

  • 3 copy slots (かかる時間の倍率 0.65 )
  • 2 ME slots (0.75)
  • 2 Invention slots (0.5)
  • Fitting: 600tf, 120,000 MW
  • 値段: 150M isk
普通のMobile Labはこんな感じです。
  • 3 ME slots (0.75)
  • 3 PE slots (0.75)
  • 1 copy slot (0.75)
  • 5 Invention slots (0.5)
  • Fitting: 500tf, 100,000 MW
  • 値段: 90m isk
この二つは同じ外見です。名前で区別するのがいいでしょう。

8. もしも支店のレンタル料を払い忘れたら途中の研究はどうなるの?

もしもすぐに借りなおしたとしても、BPOは存在しないhangar(「ブラックホール」)に消え、BPOを取り戻すにはpetitionする必要があります。もしもこんなことがが起きたら、GMが作業しやすいようにdeliverやcancelをする時にメモを取っておきなさい。この種類の問題の解決には長い時間が掛かる時が多いです。

9. 研究が途中のときに会社をやめたらどうなるの?

他の会社のメンバーがdeliverやcancelをするまで継続されます。支店がある限り特に悪いことは起きません。

10. 遠隔から発明をすることができる?

ふう。できます。でも、以下の二つが必要です。
  • 必要な全ての材料がLabの一つのhangerタブに置かれていること
  • 発明の材料のBPCがPOSと同じSystemのステーションかOutpostにあること
もし、StationのBPCがLabとは違う部門のHangarに置いてあるときは、"Input"にその材料の部門を入力してください。

この方法で発明を始めると、エラーメッセージがでます。それでもちゃんと動きます。もしも同じ種類のBPCでもう一つ発明をしようとした場合は止まってしまいます。その場合、追加したBPCはなくなってしまいます。

11. Labを公共の、誰でも使えるようにすることはできる?

できません。同じ会社かAllianceのメンバーだけが使えます。また、Allianceメンバーは材料を必要としないME/PE研究だけができます。次の二つの理由から、こういう制限があるのは少し奇妙に思えます。
  • 会社のstandingでの制限ができますが、Allianceの中は通常友好的なstandingになっています
  • 研究スロットの検索に"Publicly Available"というフィルターが設定できます
たぶん誰でも使用可能にすることはCCPの目標だったのだと思いますが、その開発は打ち切られたようです。今後変化することはないでしょう。

12. いい手引きですね。でも、生産の場合はどう?同じ方法?

そうです。しかし、同じ会社に限られます。BPC/BPOと材料を質問1とまったく同じように置いてください。遠隔から開始できるスキルは、Supply Chain Managementです。生産を開始するのには、会社のメンバーは 'Factory Manager'と'Rent Factory Slot'の役割(role)が必要です。

13. 盗まれないで会社メンバーに高いBPOを使わせるようにできる?

四つの手段があります。
  • 1. 開始要求(Query)だけ認めて、あなただけがBPCと生産物を取得できるようにする
  • 2. POSがあるSystemで、会社メンバーを'Based At'に設定します。(?:Set your corp members as 'Based At' the solar system with the POS in it.)'Other' 部門へのアクセスだけ認め、'Based At'部門へはアクセスできないようにします。これは完全に安全ではありません。他のStationで'Other'部門へアクセスできる人はBPOを取れます。(???)
  • 3. 上と同じ。しかし、Corp HQを'Based At'に設定するところが違います。(???:except with Corp HQ used in place of 'Based At'.)
  • 4. BPOをlockし、指定した人に好きな部門へのアクセス権限を与えます。lockしたBPOは、そのHangerから取り出すことも、他の人に渡すこともできません。lock したBPOは、株主がunlockするように投票し過半数を得るかあるいはCEOが支店を借りるのを止めるまで解除できません。だいたいにおいて、これが一番の選択です。
質問5にあるように、みんながBPCや生産物を手に入れるようにするためには、POSへのアクセスができる必要がある点に注意してください。
